Project detail

As Western Hanoi continues to strengthen its position as the Capital’s emerging growth hub, a series of high-quality commercial, service, and hospitality developments are being invested in to meet the increasing demands of both domestic and international business communities. In line with this trend, the Park Royal Hotel project in the Cau Giay New Urban Area is expected to become a new landmark destination for accommodation, business activities, and commercial exchange in the area.

Sigma Engineering has recently been appointed as the contractor for the project’s Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) package. Being entrusted with another critical technical package in a large-scale development further demonstrates Sigma’s proven capabilities, extensive project experience, and strong reputation in the construction industry.

Located on Lot E2 within the Cau Giay New Urban Area, Park Royal Hotel benefits from a well-developed infrastructure network, excellent connectivity to major transportation corridors, and close proximity to numerous government agencies, businesses, and international organizations. Designed as a multifunctional complex comprising commercial and service areas, office spaces for lease, and a hotel, the development aims to meet the growing demand for modern workplaces and premium hospitality services in Hanoi’s new urban center.

Overall perspective of Park Royal Hotel project

For a large-scale mixed-use development that requires continuous operation, such as Park Royal Hotel, the MEP system serves not only as technical infrastructure but also as a key factor determining operational efficiency, safety performance, and user experience. This is why the MEP package is considered one of the most critical components of the project, requiring a contractor with strong technical expertise, extensive experience in complex developments, and the ability to coordinate multiple integrated systems effectively.

According to the project schedule, Sigma will commence work on March 2, 2026, and complete the package by May 26, 2027. Throughout the implementation period, Sigma will mobilize its team of engineers, specialists, and construction resources to ensure compliance with all commitments regarding schedule, quality, safety, and technical requirements.

Participation in the Park Royal Hotel project further expands Sigma’s portfolio of hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Vietnam. At the same time, it reflects the company’s long-term strategy for sustainable growth in the MEP sector, where construction quality, project management excellence, and close collaboration with clients remain fundamental values.

Backed by experience gained from hundreds of projects and guided by the spirit of “The Spirit of Possibilities,” Sigma remains committed to delivering optimal MEP solutions, contributing to the successful realization of Park Royal Hotel as one of the most prominent developments in Western Hanoi in the years ahead.
