Sigma Engineering Staff at The Marc 88 Project
As the MEP General Contractor, Sigma Engineering was responsible for the implementation of the project’s MEP systems, covering key technical scopes to ensure safe, stable, and efficient building operations. Throughout the construction process, Sigma worked closely with the Investor, the Project Management Unit, and the Supervision Consultant to strictly control quality, schedule, and occupational safety, while applying technical solutions aligned with the project’s sustainable development orientation.

The works completed by the skilled hands of Sigma’s engineers and technicians have now officially come into operation
The application of advanced technical standards, together with effective coordination among all parties, played a crucial role in enabling The Marc 88’s MEP systems to meet stringent operational and energy-efficiency requirements. This also serves as one of the fundamental factors supporting the project’s pursuit of LEED Gold certification, affirming its commitment to green architecture, environmental friendliness, and long-term operational efficiency.
The inauguration and grand opening of The Marc 88 office building is not only a significant milestone for the project itself, but also a proud achievement for Sigma Engineering in its journey to affirm its capabilities as an MEP general contractor for large-scale, high-standard developments. With extensive experience, a strong professional team, and a high sense of responsibility, Sigma remains committed to partnering with investors and stakeholders to deliver modern, sustainable projects that create lasting value for cities and communities.
