Sigma Attends the Inauguration and Grand Opening Ceremony of The Marc 88 Office Building Project

On the morning of January 7, 2026, in Hanoi, The Marc 88 office building, located at 88 Tran Thai Tong Street, Cau Giay District, was officially inaugurated and put into operation. The event marked the completion of a modern architectural project that is expected to become a premium office landmark in the western area of the capital. Sigma Engineering Joint Stock Company was honored to attend the ceremony, marking Sigma’s contribution to the project in its role as the MEP General Contractor.

The Marc 88 is developed on a 1,921 m² site in the heart of the Cau Giay area, a hub of corporate headquarters and well-developed urban infrastructure. The project is a high-end office and commercial complex comprising 27 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, meeting parking demands and accommodating advanced technical systems. The total gross floor area reaches nearly 32,000 m², with a height of over 107 meters. The building is designed to optimize functionality, from the main lobby and commercial service areas to international-standard office spaces and a rooftop garden.

As the MEP General Contractor, Sigma Engineering was responsible for the implementation of the project’s MEP systems, covering key technical scopes to ensure safe, stable, and efficient building operations. Throughout the construction process, Sigma worked closely with the Investor, the Project Management Unit, and the Supervision Consultant to strictly control quality, schedule, and occupational safety, while applying technical solutions aligned with the project’s sustainable development orientation.

The application of advanced technical standards, together with effective coordination among all parties, played a crucial role in enabling The Marc 88’s MEP systems to meet stringent operational and energy-efficiency requirements. This also serves as one of the fundamental factors supporting the project’s pursuit of LEED Gold certification, affirming its commitment to green architecture, environmental friendliness, and long-term operational efficiency.
